Weekly Basketball Insights (Blog)
I am a player development specialist. I have spent hundreds of hours of research and study of basketball physics, human anatomy movements and advanced motor learning. With over 50 years of combined experience as a player and coach, through pattern recognition, I can immediately spot energy leaks and mechanical breakdowns of movements affecting the kinetic chain. I give a thorough diagnosis and solutions to fix the mechanical errors, address individual needs for game improvement, and to maximize your potential in reaching your specific goals!
